This version of the Gavle has all the upgrades. Slide cuts, an optics cut, it’s lighter. We’ve added grip stippling. The co2 is more tucked into the grip.
Polyurethane Bolt and Back Cap O’rings:
The bolt o’ring is what allows the use of 16g co2. The strongest o’rings in less lethal. We’ve never had one break or even wear out. Co2 will not permeate this o’ring if the launcher is accidentally left charged. (not recommended)
Blue Bolt Guide O’ring:
Even stronger than polyurethane. This o’ring stays a stable shape down to -400 degrees, even under pressure for days. It replaced the PTFE bolt guide o’ring.
White Manifold O’ring:
Goes around your piercing pin and remains more firmly in place, should you need to degas an entire co2 without firing.
New puncture valve:
The puncture valve is narrower, allowing the use of aftermarket co2 with smaller openings at the top (under the foil).
Gas Orifice:
We still suggest food grade co2 however, the gas orifice is now wider, allowing most sludge and compressor dust to blow through.
The wider gas orifice allows more rapid firing. The launcher resets immediately after each shot.
